Chinese Recipe : Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 300g snow peas
- 300g bamboo shoot
- 30g carrot
- 3 pcs black mushroom
Seasonings:
- A little oil, BBQ sauce and salt
Directions:
- Rinse snow peas. Carve the pattern of inverted triangles on them.
- Cut bamboo shoot, carrot and black mushroom into slices. Blanch them all in boiling water.
- Stir-fry bamboo shoot, carrot and black mushroom in one ladle of water with seasoning. When boiling, add major ingredients and thicken liquid with cornstarch water.
