Chinese Recipe : Fried Cabbage with Pork

Ingredients:
- ½ lb pork, shredded
- 1 lb round cabbage, shredded
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wine
- ½ stalk leek, shredded
- 5 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Mix shredded pork with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp wine.
- Heat oil and fry pork and leek. When pork changes color, add cabbage and remaining 3 tbsp soy sauce. Fry until cabbage becomes tender and serve hot.
Note: Chinese cabbage may be substituted for cabbage.
