Chinese Recipe : Gingered Snow Peas

Serves 4
Ingredients:

1 lb fresh snow peas (or a 12 oz pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed)

2 tsp. vegetable oil
-
1 clove garlic, crushed
-
1 tsp. grated ginger
-
2 tbs. dry sherry
Directions:
- Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender.
- Toss with sherry.
