Cut the green pepper and pineapple into pieces; slice the button mushrooms. Stir fry 'A' lightly in 2 tbsp hot oil; add 'C' and bring to a boil
Add 'D' to thicken. Continue boiling until the sauce had thick and smooth consistency, then add the soy protein and stir until mixed. Remove and serve.
