Chinese Recipe : Sweet and Sour Mustard Greens

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pond sweet and sour mustard greens
- 1.5 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions:
- Mix water, sugar and vinegar together. Mix cornstarch with ½ cup water. Stir well before using.
- Put mustard greens in hot skillet. Stir fry 10 to 15 mins until very dry, then add the peanut oil. Stir well.
- Add the water, sugar and vinegar mixture and stir for 2 mins.
- Add cornstarch preparation and stir fry until gravy thickens and is smooth.
