Chinese Recipe : Szechuan String Beans

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ lbs string beans
- ¼ cup oil
- 3 ½ oz minced meat
- 1 ¾ oz dried prawns, soaked and chopped
- 1 ¾ oz pickled Szechuan mustard, chopped finely
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Directions:
- Remove the ends of the string beans.
- Place string beans in wok and add oil. Cover and allow to cook until steam appears. Arrange beans neatly on a plate.
- To the remaining stock in the wok, add the rest of the ingredients and seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Pour on cooked beans. Serve hot.
