Chinese Recipe - Vegetarian Squid with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300g vegetarian squid
  • 1 pc green pepper
  • 30g baby corn

Seasonings:

  • 1/5 tbsp oil
  • 1/5 tbsp soy paste
  • A little salt and sugar

Directions:

  1. Blanch squid in boiling water and then cut.
  2. Rinse and cut green pepper and baby corns.
  3. Stir-fry water one ladle with seasonings, step 1 and step 2. Thicken liquid and turn off heat.
