International Recipe : Banana Punch

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 4 large bananas
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Gingerale

Directions:

  1. Heat water and sugar in a pan to prepare a light syrup.
  2. In a blender, blend orange juice and slices of bananas.
  3. Mix ingredients, except gingerale. Makes about 2 liters of mixture.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Remove from freezer a short while before serving for easier scooping.
  6. Fill quarters of each glass with fruit mixture.
  7. Fill glasses with chilled gingerale.
