Asian Recipe : Beef Meatballs
|
|
Ingredients:
- 300g minced beef
- 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 stalk parsley, chopped
- 3 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3cm ginger, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 cube beef stock
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for frying:
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 100g fresh breadcrumbs
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except eggs and breadcrumbs. Mix evenly.
- Form oval patties and pat down.
- Dip in beaten eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
- Remove, drain and serve hot.
