Indian Recipe : Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups chopped coconut
- 10-12 g green chilies
- 2 cm long ginger
- 4 garlic pods
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsps coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Grind all the ingredients above at low speed. Add water slowly and continue running the grinder at medium speed and then high speed. Keep stirring. Remove and serve.
- Note: A little quantity of fried chana dal (bengal gram - split) or cashew nut can be added before grinding. If required, fry with a little mustard, chana dal (bengal gram - split), curry leaves and asafetida in ghee. Use as topping for the chutney.
