Indian Recipe : Curry Fish (Microwave)

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 500 g fish (black pomfret cleaned and cut into 5 pieces)
- 200 g tomato (cut to wedges)
- 1 cup water
- ½ tbsp tamarind juice
- 1 tsp salt
A:
- 60 g big onion (sliced)
- 26 g ginger/garlic (chopped)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 ½ tbsp chili powder
- 2 pip cardamom, finely ground
- 2 cloves, finely ground
- ¼ tsp fenugreek, finely ground
- 2 tsp coriander seeds, finely ground
Directions:
- Combine ingredients A and fry in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 6 minutes.
- Add in water, tamarind juice, salt, fish slices and tomato.
- Cover and cook on power High for 5 ½ minutes.
