Indian Recipe : Prawn Masala (Microwave)

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 500 g big prawns (with shell)
- ¼ cup yoghurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
A: (to be blended with 1/3 cup oil)
- 50 g small onions
- 20 g garlic
- 8 g dried chili (soaked)
- 1 g cinnamon stick
- 2 pcs cloves
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- ½ tsp peppercorns
Directions:
- Fry curry leaves with blended ingredients A in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Mix in prawns, yoghurt and salt.
- Cover and cook on power High for 6 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
