This is a Northern Chinese recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup peeled and shredded cucumber
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or Chinese cabbage (bok choy)
- 1 lb. roast duck or chicken meat, shredded
Directions:
Combine the vinegar, sugar, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, mustard and salt in a bowl; mix thoroughly. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate. Put the shredded duck or chicken on top. Pour over the dressing just before serving.
