International Recipe : Bread Muffin

Ingredients:

  • 20 g fresh yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water and 1 tsp sugar
  • 6 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk, boiled
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add milk, sugar and yeast mixture to make a stiff batter.
  3. Leave covered  in a warm place for about an hour.
  4. Put batter in cup cake tins that have been greased and sprinkled with plain flour.
  5. Sprinkle top of bread with plain flour.
  6. In conventional oven bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
