International Recipe : Oven Roasted Chicken Roll

Ingredients:

  • 120g chicken breast fillet
  • Freshly grated black pepper
  • 30ml corn oil
  • 20g low-fat mayonnaise
  • 50g tomato, sliced
  • 20g onion, sliced
  • 20g celery, chopped
  • 20g iceberg lettuce, sliced
  • 50g chappati or tortilla to wrap

Directions:

  1. Season chicken with black pepper and corn oil and roast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes. Slice.
  2. Warm the chappati or tortilla bread in a non-stick pan without any oil.
  3. To assemble, spread some mayonnaise on the chappati/tortilla, and arrange the vegetables and sliced chicken breast on it.
  4. Roll up the bread like a spring roll, and cut into two pieces.
