Chinese Recipe : Chinese Lumpia (Appetizer)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 diced onion (med.) dice thin
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce (for taste)
- 1 med. size carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 c. green onion or chives (sliced thin)
- Egg roll wrapper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except wrapper in a glass bowl (taste for salt). Blend well and refrigerate.
- To Wrap: Put meat on the quarter corner of the egg roll. Roll the wrapper and seal with water or egg white. Dry the wrapper under an electric fan.
- Heat oil in a fryer at medium temperature until ready. Fry Lumpia until golden brown. Cool for a few minutes and serve with sweet sour sauce or chili sauce or mustard with horseradish.
