Chinese Recipe : Fried Beef with Celery

Ingredients:
- ½ lb beef, shredded
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 lb celery, shredded
- 6 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp MSG
Directions:
- Shred beef and dredge with 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch.
- Remove leaves and tough parts of celery, shred and boil for a few minutes. Remove from fire and drain.
- Heat 6 tbsp oil and fry beef. When color changes, add celery, soy sauce, and MSG. Serve hot.
