Chinese Recipe : Chinese Egg Foo Yung

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. drained bean sprouts
- Soy sauce to taste
- 1/2 c. cooked chopped chicken or ham
- 3 chopped green onions (top & bottom)
- Oil enough to grease pan
Gravy Mix:
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can of water
- Soy sauce to taste
- Sm. amount of cooked, chopped chicken or other meat
Directions:
- Beat eggs - Add bean sprouts, sauce, onions and meat.
- Heat frying pan with oil enough to grease pan - drop mixture by spoon, like pancakes, fry until light brown on both sides.
- Remove, place on heated plate, keep warm. (Makes approximately 12.)
- Heat "gravy mix" until completely heated. Place 3 pancakes on plate, cover with gravy, add soy sauce to taste.
