Chinese Recipe - Bean Sprouts with Ginger

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 1-inch fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 lb. bean sprouts
Directions:
-
Heat the oil in a wok.

Add onion and fry until soft.

Add ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
-
Stir in the remaining ingredients, increase the heat to moderately high and stir fry for 3 minutes, or until the bean sprouts are cooked through but still crisp.
-
Served at once.
