Chinese Recipe : Broccoli with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup beef broth

1 bay leaf
-
1 onion, minced
-
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 c. heavy cream
-
1 c. water
-
1 clove garlic, peeled
-
2 tbsp celery leaves, minced

1/8 tsp. pepper
-
3 thin slices lemon
Directions:

Simmer all ingredients but the cream and lemon slices, covered for 20 mins. Strain into another saucepan.

Add cream, and heat over lowest heat, for 3-5 mins.

Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot with lemon slices on top of your cooked broccoli.
