Chinese Recipe : Fish Chips in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
- 350 g Garoupa meat
- ½ onion, wedged
- ½ cucumber, wedged
- ½ red capsicum, wedged
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cornflour
Tomato Sauce:
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Clean fish meat and drain well. Slice. Add in salt and cornflour to marinate for 10 minutes, set aside.
- Heat up oil, deep fry fish until golden brown. Dish up and drain. Set aside.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and add in fish, onion cucumber, red chilli wedges, and seasoning, bring to the boil and pour in cornflour solution, pour over fish.
